Keynote Address Presented by Dr. Yvonne Pointer
Dr. Yvonne Pointer is an activist, humanitarian, philanthropist, author, evangelist, and speaker. Her life’s work was motivated by the murder of her daughter, Gloria, in 1984. Dr. Pointer’s ability to continuously keep the story in the press eventually led to the discovery of Gloria’s killer, through DNA evidence, after a 29-year search. With a forgiving heart, Dr. Pointer visited the perpetrator in prison.
