Ohio Library for the Blind & Physically Disabled
In partnership with the State Library of Ohio Talking Book Program, OLBPD serves as the Regional Library for the National Library Service (NLS) for the Blind and Print Disabled of the Library of Congress, and administers a free library program of braille and audio materials circulated to eligible borrowers in the State of Ohio by postage-free mail.

Cleveland Public Library users will be able to get their favorite books and movies without ever leaving home. We offer Homebound services for residents over 60, and starting January 1, Words on Wheels for all Cleveland residents.
Neighborhood Voices is a city-wide creative writing project designed by Literary Cleveland and the Cleveland Public Library to engage writers across Cleveland, allowing residents to connect with neighbors, share stories of their community, and draft new writing about what makes their neighborhood unique.
