Work-life Balance
CPL employees can enjoy a work-life balance. Most full-time employees work only 37.5 hours per week. We also offer positions that work as few as 12 hours a week, opportunities for youth 14 years of age and older, and part-time (28 hours per week) opportunities with benefits.
