We’re joining the Center for Arts-Inspired Learning and Literary Cleveland for the NEA Big Read 2017! This large, community read project—funded by the National Endowment for the Arts—features Station Eleven by Emily St. John Mandel.
The Big Read includes a kick-off and finale, book discussions, upcycling/maker programs, graphic novel and creative writing workshops for people of all ages, and more.
You don’t need to read Station Eleven to participate, but we encourage everyone to contact their local library, find copies of Station Eleven and join the Big Read while enjoying related workshops!
Kick-Off: Enjoy a community meet and greet, a classic Shakespearean monologue and a live music performance by In2ative. Don’t miss it!
Saturday, September 23, 10:00am-12:00 pm at Carnegie West Branch
