Multicultural Programming
The Library again hosted a series of events designed to recognize and celebrate the tremendous diversity of our patrons. This year's events included a number of traditional favorites, such as the 26th Annual "Martin Luther King Jr. Commemorative Program" and Lunar New Year celebrations. During African American History Month, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar thrilled an audience with stories of his life and the inspirations that led him to author several books.
