Despite double-digit funding cuts at the state and local levels, Cleveland Public Library accomplished a lot in 2010, staying true to its mission of being one of the best urban libraries in the country.
We supported that mission through an ongoing focus on three primary areas that are at the heart of how the Library is recognized both locally and nationally: innovation, customer service and sustainability.
