Notes: Donald Worthington, member of two prominent Cleveland families, died Saturday in his home, Birchwood Farm, Great Barrington, Mass. He was a son of the late Rev. and Mrs. Edward William Worthington. His father was for many years rector of Grace Episcopal Church here. He was a borther of Edward L. Worthington, former investment broker, civic leader and welfare director for the city of Cleveland, who died last August. Surviving him, besides his wife, are two children, Donald Worthington Jr. and Mrs. Virginia Worthington Story, the latter of California; a sister. Miss Dorothy Worthington of New York, and his sister-in-law, Mrs. Edward L. Worthington of Chardon. Services will be today in Great Barrington. Mr. Worthington and his brother married daughters of the late Sylvester T. Everett. Donald married Esther Everett and Edward her sister, Ruth.
