Notes: De Leeuw: Mrs. Jenna, of Marion, N. Y., age 73, formerly Mrs. Josiah Provoost, a former resident of Berea, O., passed away in Newark Hospital, Newark, N. Y., Thursday, Jan. 4, 1940. She is survived by one son, John J. Provoost, of Berea. Of one daughter, Mrs. Anthony Koonan of Marion, N. Y.; one brother of Everett, Wash.; three sisters and one brother in Holland; two grandsons and one great-granddaughter. Funeral services will be held from the Haag Funeral Home, Berea, O. Monday, Jan. 8, 1940, at 10:30 a. m. Inerment in Woodvale Cemetery, Berea, O. Kindly omit flowers.
