Notes: Mrs. Reginald Newlan. Services for Mrs. Reginald Newlan, 81, pianist at Antioch Baptist Church for 35 years, will be at 2 p.m. today at the church, 8869 Cedar Ave. SE. Mrs. Newlan, the former Zephyr Owens, died at her home, 2355 E. 86th St., Saturday. She came here from West Virginia and was active in church and political organizations. For several years, she was a ward leader for the Democratic party. She served on the Deaconess Board and was treasurer of the Jordan Circle at the church. Survivors include her husband, and brother, Everett Owens.
