Notes: Dr. Everett N. Collins. Memorial services for Dr. Everett N. Collins, former head of the department of gastroenterology of the Cleveland. Clinic Foundation will be held next Saturday at 2 p.m. in the main lobby of the hospital building, 2050 E. 93rd Street. Dr. Collins, who had been a member of the professional staff of the clinic since 1931, died Nov. 6, at the age of 63. Dr. Fay LeFevre, chairman of the board of governors of the foundation, will conduct the services. Other speakers will be George F. Karch, president of the foundation's board of trustees and a vice president of the Cleveland Trust Co., Dr. E. Perry McCullagh, head of the department of endocrinology of the clinic, and Dr. Walter L. Palmer, professor of medicine at the University of Chicago and former president of the American College of Physicians.
