Notes: Robert S. Adams. Services were held today in Mansfield for Robert S. Adams, former Greater Clevelander who died here unexpectedly Sunday. He was 43. Mr. Adams was visiting at the Braemer Rd., Shaker Heights, home of his in-laws, Mr. and Mrs. Everett Jones, when he was stricken. He and his wife, the former Marllyn Jones, were here to celebrate her birthday. Mr. Adams is survived by his wife; two sons, Scott and Randall; a daughter, Kathy; his mother, Mrs. Louise J. Adams of Mt. Vernon, O., and a brother, Richard J. of Cleveland Heights.
