Bridging the Gap
Based on our statistics and preliminary feedback received from patrons, we believe we were successful at implementing many of the changes without disrupting services. We have emerged as a stronger organization with a clear vision of what needs to be done to best support Cleveland, the region and its people. Throughout this community report, you'll see examples of how we are overcoming financial challenges by reaching out to strong, compatible partners with whom we can collaborate to make our vision a reality.
We are excited to be such an integral part of everything positive that is happening in and around Cleveland. I look forward to talking to you again next year when we will see how the changes made in 2010 paved the way for us to become an even more vibrant, relevant and welcoming community resource—a place where library users can dream, create and grow.
