Legal Assistance

Cleveland Housing Court and Cleveland Public Library have teamed up to bring the court to the community. The Neighborhood Housing Court Kiosk is solely for the use of Clevelanders who need to appear before Cleveland Housing Court without traveling downtown. The kiosks are available on a walk-in basis starting at 10 a.m., Hough, Mt. Pleasant, and South Branches.

The Legal Aid Society offers free advice clinics for individuals with civil legal issues on a first-come, first-served basis. Legal Aid Society does not handle criminal cases or traffic violations. Please bring all relevant paperwork with you.
