Cudell

The Cudell neighborhood is located on Cleveland’s west side, bordered by Detroit-Shoreway to the east, West Boulevard to the south, and Lakewood to the west. The neighborhood is named after Frank (Franz) Cudell, a German architect whose firm designed the Perry-Payne building downtown and Franklin Circle Christian Church in Ohio City.
