¡Pleibol! Youth Sports Clinics at League Park

Celebrate the history of Latinos and African Americans and the diversity in baseball from the Negro Leagues to the Major Leagues while you explore the impact that historic League Park (in Cleveland’s Hough neighborhood) has had on baseball and on the city of Cleveland.

Youth sports clinics with former pro players Jim “Mudcat” Grant, Joe Azcue and John McDonald are followed by games played on the League Park field.

Do you have a softball team you would like to register? Are you interested in becoming a volunteer or a sponsor? Email juliadeburgos@gmail.com or call 216-894-5664.

¡Pleibol! is made possible through a collaboration between the Julia De Burgos Cultural Arts Center and the Baseball Heritage Museum, along with Cleveland Public Library, the City of Cleveland, Cleveland City Council, the Cleveland Indians and many generous corporate and business sponsors.
