The branch offers a spacious multipurpose room that can be reserved for meetings; please visit the branch to request a reservation. Free parking is available across the street.
History & Architecture
This gorgeous, historic branch is 14,100 square feet and is located in Cleveland’s Corlett neighborhood. One of the many Cleveland Public Library branches designed by local architecture firm Walker & Weeks, East 131st Street opened in 1929 and was renovated in 1979.
The East 131st Street Branch is unique due to its many community partnerships, including The First Street Coalition and Mt. Pleasant MyCom.
