Improving School Performance through Library Programs

“My grandkids know that Wednesday is our library day, and they look forward to coming every week. The baby is learning to share, the four-year-old is learning her colors, and my oldest grandson is reinforcing his sight words. That impacted his school performance directly—he did well on a sight word test after spending time here. I don’t believe the community knows enough about the library and all the programs offered here. I took a CPR class. Tutors come in for the kids. There are so many opportunities.” –Brenda, Woodland Branch Patron
