Ms. Flowers has created D.I.V.A.S. (Demonstrating Inner Value, Acceptance, and Self-Worth) and Boys II Men support groups for youth to help them identify their inner strengths, talents, and worth. Ms. Flowers was selected by Cleveland Magazine as one of Cleveland’s Most Interesting People of 2019 and Crain’s Cleveland Magazine as a Notable Woman in Entrepreneurship.
