We try to make the best decisions we can, but sometimes we need help. The Library has partnered with NEOMED to provide the Cleveland community with videos about healthy living.

Health & Trauma Recovery
MetroHealth staff offers a virtual safe space to provide you with the support, referrals, and resources you need get through a crisis, including assistance with food, housing and transportation. Newly created virtual workshops offer in depth support on topics including grief counseling, immigration issues, employment services, and peer mentoring.
When: Monday – Friday | 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Programs for Families
The Art Therapy Studio presents virtual art classes for kids ages 7 and up. Make art, express yourself, and learn to use your creativity to deal with daily stress and build your own coping mechanisms. Free online classes are accessible on your smart phone, tablet, laptop, or computer. Space is limited and registration is required. Supplies will be provided.
When: Mondays – Fridays | 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Health Unleashed! (For Kids)
In collaboration with the Cleveland Clinic, Health Unleashed! is a free, evidence-based program that promotes healthy lifestyle choices, literacy, and interdisciplinary exploration for students in grades K – 2.
Session 1: Monday, July 20 | 6 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Session 2: Tuesday, July 21 | 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.
Session 3: Thursday, July 23 | 2 p.m. – 3 p.m.
