Norman R. Bliss

Norman R. Bliss, Class of 1959. Mr.. Bliss received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Case Institute of Technology. In 1968, he earned an M.B.A. from Case’s Weatherhead School of Management. Mr.. Bliss co-founded Polytech, Inc., a Cleveland-based minority engineering firm. The firm was subsequently ranked 181st on Engineering Newsletter’s top 500 engineering firms and was awarded an engineering contract for the SOHIO headquarters building in Cleveland. Mr.. Bliss was also co-founder of the Urban league’s Technical Outreach Program and contributed his services to the Casee Board of Overseers.
