The final neighborhood library undergoing repair work as part of Cleveland Public Library’s branch revitalization project is set to reopen just in time for the new year. Library services at Collinwood Branch will resume on Saturday, December 29, 2018.
Collinwood closed for repairs on September 21, 2018 as part of a larger capital improvement project to ensure Cleveland Public Library can best serve community members well into the future.
Patrons and community members are invited to attend a reception at Collinwood Branch on Saturday, January 5, from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. to enjoy entertainment and refreshments in celebration of the branch’s reopening.

- Restrooms
- Signage
- Stairs and handrails
- Ramp
- Moveable Circulation desk
- Window and wall repair
- Waterproofing
- Parking lot repairs
- HVAC upgrades
- Boiler
- Piping
- Heaters
- A/C
While Collinwood was closed, the nearby Glenville and Memorial-Nottingham branch libraries served patrons.
