Cleveland Public Library Welcomes Author and Journalist Nikole Hannah-Jones to Writers & Readers for a Conversation about Courage, Commitment & Change

Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Nikole Hannah-Jones will close out the 2022 Writers & Readers series on Saturday, November 19 at noon via Zoom. Attendees will receive a FREE copy of The 1619 Project: A New Origin Story.

Nikole Hannah-Jones is a staff writer for The New York Times Magazine and the creator of The 1619 Project which explores the history of slavery in the United States. She has spent her career investigating and writing about racial inequality and injustice. 

The candid conversation with Hannah-Jones is in partnership with the Cleveland Black Equity and Humanity Fund, powered by The Soul of Philanthropy Cleveland (TSOPCLE). Connie Hill-Johnson, Chair of The Cleveland Foundation Board of Directors, and TSOPCLE Executive Steering Committee member will serve as moderator.
