Cleveland Public Library is helping move the race conversation forward with a conversation led by James E. Wright, SHRM-CP, Diversity & Inclusion Strategist & Tech Enthusiast. The thought-provoking talk will focus on what is at the core of America’s racial divide.
Attendees will learn:

- How to dismantle the barriers to inclusion
- How to create diversity and improve race relations when it comes to interpersonal and workplace relationships
