Cleveland Public Library Presents a Conversation about Diversity, Inclusion, and You

Wondering how to create a more diverse, an inclusive organization?

Cleveland Public Library is helping move the race conversation forward with a conversation led by James E. Wright, SHRM-CP, Diversity & Inclusion Strategist & Tech Enthusiast. The thought-provoking talk will focus on what is at the core of America’s racial divide.

Attendees will learn:

  • Ways to discuss racial differences in the workplace
  • How to dismantle the barriers to inclusion  
  • How to create diversity and improve race relations when it comes to interpersonal and workplace relationships

This event is free and open to the public. Seating is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
