Cleveland Housing Court Opening at Hough Library Campus

Cleveland Public Library and Cleveland Housing Court are opening a second neighborhood location on the city’s Eastside on Monday, May 15 at 11:00 a.m.

Cleveland Housing Court Administrative Judge W. Moná Scott will celebrate the opening of the Neighborhood Housing Court Kiosk in the Hough neighborhood. The kiosk is for Clevelanders who can’t make it downtown for their Housing Court hearing.

There are currently two locations: Mt. Pleasant Branch and South Branch. A fourth court kiosk is set to open in June. The locations were selected based on eviction rates.

Cleveland Housing Court purchased the computer kiosk equipment using a technology grant from the Ohio Supreme Court. For more information on the Neighborhood Housing Court Kiosk, visit cpl.org/legal or clevelandhousingcourt.org.
