Homebound Services

Library materials delivered directly to your home by mail

Homebound Service is free to residents of the City of Cleveland who are unable to visit the library due to age or disability (short-term or long-term.)
Registration is required.  Contact Homebound Services at 216-623-7005 for full program guidelines and/or to register. 

Mobile Library Collections & Lobby Stops

Scheduled library stops at senior/disabled adult apartments, training centers, etc.

Library staff bring a selected collection (Books, Magazines, DVDs and CDs) to residents’ apartment lobbies, where items are available for checkout.

This service is available only to senior apartment complexes (age 55+) or housing and adult training centers for disabled adults.

Outreach Programs for Seniors & Disabled Adults

Stimulating, creative activities presented at senior apartment complexes, nursing homes or housing or adult training centers for disabled adults.

These programs and activities such as music performances, hands-on activities and more are presented by library staff and others in partnership with service coordinators at senior apartment complexes (age 55+), nursing homes and/or housing or adult training centers for disabled adults.
