Operational Changes

Although many visible changes took place at the Library this past year, such as the opening of TechCentral, new signage for the branches, new computers and training, a lot of changes also took place behind the scenes. While the general public might not have seen all of these backroom changes, they definitely experienced the benefits, as the Library worked to make a number of operational changes that improved efficiency and service.
