Department Relocations at Main

Prompted, in part, by the creation of TechCentral in the Lower Level of the Louis Stokes Wing of the Main Library, a number of departments were relocated to create greater patron accessibility. Most noteworthy is the fact that the Popular Library was moved to Brett Hall in the Main building to offer quick, convenient access to some of the Library’s most widely circulated resources. In addition, the Library’s audio-video (AV) collection, which was previously housed in the lower level of the Main Library’s Louis Stokes Wing, is now on the first floor (street level) of the Louis Stokes Wing, allowing for easier accessibility of AV materials.
