Most important, however, are the dedicated staff members that allow Cleveland Public Library to maintain its strong reputation for customer service. That commitment to service was formally recognized in 2009 when our Library received a five-star rating (the highest possible) from the Library Journal.
It has been an honor and a joy to have served as president of the board of trustees these past three years. As I hand over the reins to our new president, Tom Corrigan, I feel confident that Cleveland Public Library is well positioned to be the best urban library in the country.
