Cleveland Housing Court Opening at Hough Library Campus

Cleveland Public Library and Cleveland Housing Court are opening a second neighborhood location on the city’s Eastside on Monday, May 15 at 11:00 a.m. Cleveland Housing Court Administrative Judge W.
