Cleveland Public Library Recognized for Diversity and Inclusion

Cleveland Public Library (CPL) has been recognized locally by the Commission 50. This recognition is based on their responses to the Commission on Economic Inclusion’s annual Employers Survey on Diversity™.

“We are really proud of this recognition,” said Felton Thomas, director of CPL. “Cleveland Public Library works hard to not only be a diverse and inclusive workplace, but a place where people all of all backgrounds, races, ethnicities, and genders are welcomed. The library is a place for everyone.”

The Commission 50 designation recognizes the 50 organizations with the highest combined scores on board, senior management, workforce and supplier diversity. The 50 Commission-member organizations with the highest combined scores receive this distinguished designation.
