    Sorenson Video Relay Service

    Sorenson Video Relay Service allows people who are deaf, hard of hearing or speech-impaired to communicate using video, with hearing people in real-time, via a qualified American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter. It replaces TTY or Text Telephone. 

    This service is now available, free of charge, at the following Cleveland Public Library locations. Trained Library staff is available to help.
